Industry Solutions Group 4 - Exploring Transparancy in Travel Renumeration

ITM conducted studies on the renumeration between Travel Management Companies and Hotel Booking Agents and their clients. This was undertaken after the re-negotiations between British Airways and the Global Distribution System which bought GDS fees and incentives into spotlight.
