Both large corporates and SMEs are represented within the ITM Buyer Membership.

Whilst the size of an organisation generally influences the size of their travel programme this does not necessarily follow as, for example, some small import/export companies can have extensive travel, whereas a UK accountancy firm can have a relatively small spend. The coverage as far as ITM members are concerned is widespread but with many of the FTSE 100 represented it tends to lean towards larger companies with larger spends as well as some companies in the business travel market referred to as SME's.

ITM represents over 2,000 members of whom 55% are travel buyers or managers within corporations or government.
